Family Night Reinvigorated!
"Come join Supervisor Bevan Dufty and his daughter Sidney and Kevin Wakelin and his daughter Hana at the Castro's Squat & Gobble restaurant for Family Night! This tradition is being reinvigorated so that we can keep in touch with other gay moms, dads and their kids. The only information you need to know is to join us every Tuesday evening at 600pm at Squatt & Gobble located at Market/16th Street. Please spread the word amongst all your LGBT mom's and dads. Thanks, Kevin, I'm glad it's being reinvigorated. We used to go, but due largely to financial constraints, didn't go for a long time (plus, my husband actually LOVES to cook, lucky me) and then when we returned, there was almost no one still coming. Will go again soon (not tonight, I'm out of state this week) and hope to see more faces! It really is fun--good food at reasonable prices and a nice way to meet new families or connect with old friends.

We've also set up the group CASTRO DADS on facebook - please join too. We are thinking of organizing a gay dads summer BBQ in GGP at the end of August!
